The Problem
A generation of boys with no one to call them up to be a man.
For most of human history, a boy did not have to wonder when he would become a man. His father told him and his community marked it. There was a day, a rite, a moment at which he crossed into manhood.
We have lost that. There are no rites of passage in Western society and a boy is left to figure out when he becomes a man. Meanwhile our silence is being filled by the world through screens and noise, and counterfeit versions of manhood being sold to our boys who are desperate to know who they really are.
The damage from this void is not hypothetical, we see it all around us.
But there is a force strong enough to answer it and that is a father who is present, deliberate, and willing to take on his God given role to raise his son to live God’s truth in action.

How It Works
Four things every son needs.
Twelve Virtue Lessons
A fully developed teaching plan, one virtue at a time to be taught on a set aside “Virtue Day”. Each lesson grounded in Scripture and a real adventure a father and son take together.
A Cohort of Men
Your son doesn't just learn from you. You will recruit a trusted band of men to stand with him and train him, so manhood is modeled and witnessed in a brotherhood.
The Calling Ceremony
A father stands before his son, his community, and his God and declares him a man. A single moment he will carry for the rest of his life.
A Willing Father
