The Origin Story
It began with a question.
Years ago, Reagan Miller looked at his son Joshua and found himself wrestling with a question far older than either of them: What does it mean to be a man?
He couldn’t find a program that answered it the way Scripture did, so he built one. Months of seeking God, searching the Word, and praying gave shape to something simple and strong: twelve virtues, a cohort of trusted men, and a ceremony to mark the moment a boy steps into manhood.
Reagan and his wife led Joshua through the program one virtue at a time, one adventure at a time. And they did not walk alone. They assembled a cohort of trusted men who love the Lord and were ready to lead Joshua on a Virtue Day. This cohort included Joshua’s youth pastor, close family and friends and Reagan’s own father Roland, who took his place in the cohort to teach the virtue of Courage. Three generations, standing together creating a legacy of Godly virtue.
Then on Joshua’s 13th birthday they conducted The Calling ceremony when all of the men stood around Joshua while Reagan stood before him and declared him a man.

To equip fathers to train their sons with purpose and structure — teaching them to live God’s truth in action and call them into godly manhood.
The Mark
Every line means something.
The father is the bow — bent, under tension. The son is the arrow, aimed true. The compass is the father’s wisdom. And The Calling is the moment of release.

Reagan R. Miller
Reagan R. Miller is a follower of Christ, committed husband, father of five, grandfather of ten, and the author of Finding Virtue. The ministry was born from a program he and his wife built for their son. Reagan’s passion is for families and raising a generation of men who will stand for Christ, make Him known to all the world and live according to God’s truth.
